Coursework

Help with the IA, EE and TOK. Inside the IB's rules.

We don't sell coursework, and nobody here writes it. Book a coach by the hour to learn the skills the criteria reward, and use the Marker to see where your draft stands, criterion by criterion.

The line, in one sentence

A coach can teach anything you need to know and ask any question that makes you think, but never writes, edits, rewrites, translates or marks up the work itself.

A coach does
  • Explain each criterion and what separates the levels, in their own words.
  • Help you find and narrow your own topic and research question, by asking questions.
  • Teach the methods: research, judging sources, collecting data, the analysis your subject expects, referencing.
  • Teach the subject knowledge your piece needs.
  • Plan with you: milestones, a word budget for each section, how to act on your supervisor's feedback.
  • Get you ready to talk about your own work, which is how teachers check it's yours.
A coach never
  • Write, rewrite, edit, proofread, translate or polish any part of the work.
  • Take your file, mark up your draft or predict its grade. No files change hands.
  • Give you a research question, a thesis, data, analysis or sources you haven't found.
  • Run the experiment, the survey or the calculations.
  • Share their own IA, EE or TOK, or anyone else's.
  • Coach you if your school bans outside help with coursework.

Why the line sits here: the IB's academic integrity policy says that help from tutors “beyond what is recommended in the subject guidelines” means the work is “not entirely produced by the student”, and it asks every school to set its own rules on tutors. Coaching that leaves you able to explain every choice in your work is the safe kind.

How an hour works

Six steps, one of them is yours to keep.

  1. 1Pick the piece
for example, Economics IA, commentary 2
  2. 2Sign the coursework code
you and your parent, once for each piece
  3. 3Book an hour
the page shows the hours you have left
  4. 4The session
always recorded; no files change hands
  5. 5The help log
your coach files it within 24 hours
  6. 6Show your supervisor
    one link, read-only
Charged by the hour

A limit on every piece, so it stays yours.

Coaches keep 85%. The extra 5% pays for an IB teacher to review 1 in 10 sessions.

The help log

What you show your supervisor.

Economics IA, commentary 2 Session 2 of 4, 11 September 2027 11 am to 12 pm, recorded Covered: how criterion D rewards linking the key concept to the article, and what makes an evaluation point specific to the article rather than general. Next step, in the student's words: find two stakeholders the article leaves out. The coach did not read, edit or comment on the draft.
The Marker

An AI that marks against the criteria and writes nothing for you.

A report shows
  • a band and how sure it is, for each criterion
  • the page and paragraph behind each judgement
  • what works, and questions to ask yourself
  • a checklist of missing pieces
It never shows
  • sentences to paste or a “fixed” version
  • a research question or a thesis
  • a chat box
  • a promise of a grade

₹499 for one piece: one check on a draft and one before you submit, at least a week apart. Free if you ask. Files are deleted after 48 hours and never used for training.

Accuracy, published

How close the Marker gets to real IB marks.

Graduates donate marked coursework after results day, with their consent. A subject opens only when, on at least 30 pieces, the Marker's total lands within 2 marks of the IB's mark for 7 pieces in 10. Demo figures.

Questions
Do I have to tell my supervisor?

Yes. Share the help logs with the link on your coursework page. Telling your supervisor protects you: the log is your record that the work is yours.

Can a coach read my draft?

No. You can share your screen to talk through a plan, but coaches never take files, mark up drafts or predict grades.

What if my school doesn't allow outside help?

Then we can't coach you on that piece. Your school's rules come first, and a school on a FortyFive plan can switch coaching or the Marker off for its students.

Do I need to credit the Marker?

The IB says any AI-generated content in your work must be credited, and the Marker never gives you text to use. Every report ends with a credit line in case your school asks you to note AI feedback.
