Ten promises, each one checkable.
“Honest” is easy to say. These make it testable: a student, parent or tutor can check every one of them.
1Fees shown on every booking. Tutors keep 90% of a lesson; coaches keep 85% of a coursework hour, and the extra 5% pays for integrity reviews. You pay the price shown and nothing more. No membership, no lead fees, no first-lesson grab.
2Every score is checked. A verified badge means we've seen the official IB results document. No badge, no claim.
3Reviews come only from real lessons. Only a student who finished a paid lesson can review it. Tutors can't hide or delete reviews. We remove only abuse and personal details, and we say how many.
4Nobody pays to rank higher. Search is ordered by subject match, free times and reviews, and the search page says so.
5No fake urgency. No countdown timers, no “3 spots left”, no “50 people viewing”.
6No promises about grades. We say what a course covers and what students said about it. Never “guaranteed 7”.
7Predictions and AI marks show their track record. Predicted papers come from patterns in past papers, never leaks. The Marker's accuracy against real IB marks is published for every subject.
8Open books. Every quarter: lessons booked, what tutors earned, course sales, what authors earned, every cost, what was left over, and how many free places we gave.
9Mistakes get fixed in public. The corrections log lists every error found in a course, and thanks the person who found it if they want.
10No ads, no selling data, no tracking students. Your data runs your account and nothing else.
